Friendly staff. Quiet area

Lack of ventilation in the bathrooms made them smell bad. Lack of water pressure to the point we had to ask the staff to turn it on, the property manager assured me that the electric would not Keep shutting off but it shut off almost every other day because the owner is a cheap POS who I Inspite of making more than enough profit decides to do everything to cut cost. The property manager would complain if we ran the AC too much. Like we are paying for this I'll run it as I please. We would have to ask him repeatedly to take out the trash. This property is not equipped for long term stays and I encourage Booking to go and inspect this property for themselves. They would be appalled at how it's being run. Not to mention one of the staff members would have to bring their child to work when sick because they don't pay them enough to survive. One other staffer can't even go home because he doesn't make enough. The owners of this business are crooks. I even tried to talk with them directly about how they could save money but they chose to act like cowards. The mattresses were filthy with no covers. I had to turn mine over. The towels they provided were Old. They eventually brought new ones but not before I purchased my own.

I tried to get an extension on my stay and was denied but if I had have booked another 2 days online they accepted it Also on the website it says parking included when I got there I had to pay for parking

Quiet area. Close to shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff helped with getting transportation to and from airport...and tour guides.Apartment was very clean. All appliances were working well.

The Internet was not always available.

I had a wonderful stay in Accra. Dominic and Issac were very kind, professional, and always available when needed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
