"Only this sixth floor number two 6/2 has this problem"

Location

This property is managed directly by the owner, who has been extremely difficult from the beginning. It seems she misunderstood the number of guests, even though I had another booking at the same condo for the kids during their visit. Since then, she’s been calling and harassing us constantly, making it a mentally exhausting experience. We have to explain ourselves repeatedly because there’s CCTV at the door. However, other condos managed by ICC have been much better and more professional.

Amazing views from the apartment all the way over to Galle Fort. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was nice to use and the pool and we had drinks in the bar downstairs overlooking the sea

"Perfect spot for a family getaway with a lovely view"

We stayed here from May 10th to 12th to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor that gave the whole space a calming, beachy vibe. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped, perfect for quick meals and snacks. Washrooms were clean and well maintained, and the view? Absolutely stunning! Loved waking up to the ocean every morning. Communication with the host was smooth and supportive from the start, they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, it was a cozy, well-kept, and scenic spot that made our little family celebration extra special. Would definitely recommend!

We were informed in advance about the presence of ants, so it didn’t come as a surprise, and we managed fine with a bit of extra caution. The only other small downside was that the hot water in the downstairs washroom was only mildly warm, but the rest of the experience more than made up for it.
