Studio Flat near Waterside Theatre

The flat had everything I needed for the week and it was close to the train and bus station. The bed was very comfy and the shower had good heat and pressure. It was clean and in good state of repair. There are rules in the house about being quiet between 10pm and 7am and not cooking between 9pm and 7am which meant I was able to sleep without ear plugs. The electric heater and induction hob were appreciated as they're more environmentally friendly.

It was smaller than I expected, had no sofa or lounge area and I didn't realise it would be part of a terraced house but this is not a big deal, especially for the price, and it was fine for everything I needed that week. A sharper cooking knife and a recycling bin would be good additions.

Parking spot was super valuable and the self check in was easy

The check in instructions imply Door 2 is an external door - I spent 5 minutes working out I had to go through the front door first

Convenient, simple, accommodating.

Ideally located

A ighter duvet as an option would have been nice, the one on the bed made me way too hot. Also I was woken up in the night by a baby crying for 2 hours. I think that was another guest

Great location and reasonable rate. Host was VERY responsive to an issue in another unit. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, well priced.

Sound travels between the apartments in the house. My last night it was too noisy to sleep and I had to find somewhere else to stay.
