Specious and location

A little loud in the morning due to garbage pickup trucks but nothing crazy

Excellent location near the heart of Taormina. There was a view of Etna from the balcony. The Greek theatre was a short stroll up the street. There were some very nice shops, and cafes nearby. You could walk easily to the local restaurants, and to the municipal park.

The bathroom needs a little investment.

The apartment was exactly to our taste. It’s located in an old building but has been beautifully renovated. The living room was nicely furnished, even with a piano. Ferdinando arranged two bedrooms for us, both very clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the well-equipped kitchen, but we enjoyed the small balcony with two chairs, where we had a glass of wine while watching the sunset and the view of Mount Etna. The location was perfect — just one minute from the Taormina Theatre, about a 20-minute walk to the beach for a swim, or a 20-minute walk uphill to the highest point with a stunning view. Within a few minutes’ walk, there were plenty of great restaurants and pubs. Ferdinando gave us excellent tips and was always available via WhatsApp or phone for any questions.

The host met me to hand over the keys and show me how everything worked and gave me a map and suggestions for restaurants, places to visit etc. The property had all the amenities you would want and was in the perfect location for what I wanted to do. The host went out of his way to allow me to check in early and was available on the phone if I needed to ask anything. The apartment is in a beautiful part of Sicily and was absolutely perfect - thank you.

There was not a single thing that I didn't like !

A gracious apartment, attractively decorated, and centrally situated, with terrific access to Taormina's main sights. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. You can't beat the outlook and location in the heart of Taormina.
