Put an inside locker on thé door for more security and Be more welcoming

A locker on the room will be better safe because anyone can enter with force and rob everything inside and hit guest. And more serviability when checking in. The person at the reception is cold.

The room has insects in it when I entered. There was several homeless people loitering around the facility, and the staff was incredibly rude and went in my room while I wasn't there and refused to give back my deposit.

Truly didn’t like it here, saw a roach on the bed.

By far the worse place i’ve stayed in!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!! The area alone is sketchy! Our room looked so bad the A/C wasn’t even working!!! Everything looked so old and dirty as well!! We asked for extra pillows and towels and they were also disgusting!!! I honestly don’t even know how this place is still in business!!!

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS. My husband and I were planning on staying only 1 night at the hotel, for a place to sleep only, then wake up early in the morning to our next destination. When we arrived, we immediately had an icky feeling, and knew right away something was weird when we saw active prostitutes staying below us. We went up to our room and it looked like someone raided through it because the drawers didn’t stay closed on the dresser, and were wide open. We asked for a Non smoking room, and there were definitely signs of smoking. You can hear everything around you. We couldn’t even sit on the bed because of how unclean everything looked and felt. After 20 min of being there we immediately went to a different hotel because of how unsafe and unclean we felt. Expedia was amazing at getting us a refund after explaining the situation!!
