Incredible views, beautifully designed house surrounded by beautiful plants/garden. Very warm welcome by the hosts, they are extremely kind and can help you with anything you need to explore Sidemen.

Place immersed in the green forest on top of a hill 300 meters on sea level high with a full view of the rice fields of Sideman, Cemara Green Hill welcomes you in a bungalow suspended in mid-air with a cozy room equipped with bathroom and terrace with bath-tub and view of the breathtaking panorama. Breakfast and transport such as scooters are provided by the staff for a little extra. Remember to bring a minimum of food as it is really out of reach, even Gojeck and Grab struggle to get there (truly absurd road). If you want to experience an unforgettable moment in total relaxation away from civilization, in "Wild" mode, this is the right place. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and support during our vicissitudes.

I want to emphasize that everything was truly excellent... Everything was good and met our expectations. The only issue we encountered (which I believe was specific to the weekend we visited) was a club or celebration in the valley with disco music playing until 1 a.m. for two nights. Unfortunately, in the morning, followed a construction work nearby, with workers noisily throwing stones from a truck. However, I’m certain this was a one-time occurrence. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and the staff was attentive and met all our needs.

Stunning location overlooking rice fields. This is why we chose this homestay. The bungalow is secluded and surrounded with trees you feel.like you are in the middle of the jungle, I loved listening to all the jungle sounds, birds, insects, foliage. Comfy beds , good airco and a large bathtub with the same great view. Be aware that you really need a scooter to get around as the property is located high up on ridge on top of a steep road with hairpin bends. As we didn't rent one and like hiking , we walked to the Sidemen ricefields and took a Grab car back (seems there are a few now in Sidemen). No restaurants close by but the owner, Kadek, offered to get food from a nearby restaurant.

The view was spectacular and the owner was super friendly. We enjoyed staying here very much.

The view, the breakfast was really nice with a lot of variety to choose from. The bathtub was awesome after a full day of exploration. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts also very helpful.

Nothing. All was perfect. Just small caution when you are trying to get there as the place is quite on the top and the roads to get there are quite narrow and sometimes in very bad condition. Make sure your driver knows how to get there and/or has the powerful car to get there. All the area is mainly made to be explored via scooters. If you are in trouble contact the host and they are more than welcomed to go pick you up on the lower part of the road.
