BEThe location is great, the staff is great (most of them), the facilities were superb. Pool, Yacuzi, Kayaks, nature around. Pickup and drop off were OK. They carried the luggage for us.
One has to know very well that in this hotel, you will always need a boat (lancha) to visit something, to eat out, to go for a drink elsewhere... A lancha will cost 100 GTQ (except when you arrive and leave) We were the only ones in the hotel, which made it a bit awkward ... we had everything for ourselves, but we also were on ourselves all the time. The breakfast was not included and it wasn't very great ... the toast wasn't a toast but a rusk. Also the restaurant food isn't superb and if you're around a couple of days, it becomes a bit boring.A lancha to the town will cost you 15 minutes each way and some waiting time before they arrive at the town.
