A Magical Stay We’ll Never Forget From the moment we arrived at the villa, we knew we were somewhere special—but nothing could have prepared us for just how unforgettable our stay would be. We came to Italy expecting a relaxing getaway, but what we experienced was so much more: it was romantic, personal, and filled with moments we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. The team at the villa Santa Chiara Positano managed to organise not just one, but two incredibly meaningful occasions—our engagement and a 30th birthday celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the setting to the decorations to the atmosphere. It felt like something out of a dream, and we were genuinely overwhelmed by the care and love they poured into making everything perfect. It’s rare to find a place that feels so warm, so personal, and so invested in making your stay truly unforgettable. The beauty of the villa, the charm of the surroundings, and most of all the kindness of the people made this experience unlike any other. We can't thank them enough for making such a huge chapter of our lives feel so magical. If you’re looking for somewhere truly special, this is it.

The warm and personal welcome, the exceptional view, the peace and quiet, the private parking which allows you to go anywhere without having to get to the parking, like most places in Positano.

Difficult to find something: the fact that walking to the nearest restaurants isn’t really recommended, even if only 500 meters … good that one minute by car did the trick.

Beautiful views, space and facilities. Remote, but easily accessible. Excellent space and comfort, with all conveniences. We visited off season and it was so relaxing. The operators could not have been more helpful and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

This villa is an absolute gem, offering breathtaking views of Laurito and even Capri on clear days. The outdoor patio is simply unbelievable, providing a serene setting to take in the surroundings. The interior is beautifully decorated with a tasteful, slightly historical (80s?) touch, and the cleanliness of the place is impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious chocolate muffins and the well-stocked mini-bar, which offers drinks at reasonable prices. The staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in and check-out effortless. Free gated parking is a great bonus, and I even had a lovely encounter with an older gentleman who generously gave me bus tickets. Although many advise against driving along the Amalfi Coast, confident drivers should have no problem reaching this villa. If taking local transit from the villa, just be aware that buses can be unpredictable, so arriving at the stop 10 minutes early is recommended. This is a place I would gladly return to!

Incredibly beautiful

The staff made this trip for me. Carola was so helpful during my stay - I kept asking questions and she was so fast to respond and answer my questions. The views are incredible! The photos don’t even do it justice. The villa is huge - felt even bigger than in the photos. Plenty of gates to get in so felt very safe. It’s not too far from the main beach but far enough so you can enjoy the peace and see the views. 5* highly recommend! It’s just beautiful.

The views and privacy is top tier. The staff was so nice and responsive.
