Not much

1. Booked a standard room.... It is actually a junior room.. you have to climb up a rickety metal spiral staircase that is outside and gets extremely hot in the sun.. I burnt my hand on it. 2. I had to sleep on the sofa of my friend's private pool suite, because I could not climb the stairs. 3. The place had stray cats roaming around at night 4. We had to ask for fresh towels, each day. 5. They say they have 24 hour reception.. but they don't.. It is very out of the way.
