White House Lodge

Warm, dry & comfortable.

Sited on a busy road, 24/7 traffic noise. Dusty, dirty, mould around shower tray. No toilet roll. Left over customer shower products. Unclean breakfast room. Difficult to find check in staff. They don't answer their telephone.

They gave us a big room.

No drinking water in the room .. Room was dirty and need to ask them to transfer me to another room. Sink has not been cleaned after other guest stay there.

I had a good time, this is the third time I come back.

The rooms could be cleaner,

Nothing. Got to the room turned around and left. No way we were staying there.

Everything. The place needs bulldozing and rebuilding. It probably should be a condemned building. I can't see how it is up to building regs. The car on bricks in the wasteland they called a car park should have given us a clue.

I had a cozy stay, free breakfast, and could even heat my meals in the microwave. Could not ask for more for the price!

Wifi might stop and restart. But otherwise works well

The place should be inspected for hygiene. The owner came and cleaned table top with toilet roll. There were ants on the bed. The room stank. The pillows and sheets smelled so disgusting that I had to go and buy from ASDA new pillows and sheets sheets. Shower vault broken. The bin in room so dirty that I had to get it out of the room. Hand wash in toilet must have been there for a year. Please let the council inspect the place. Will never use again.

Room was very hot.Unable to open the window due to noise of Vehicle.Fan doesn’t work properly.Bedsheets were very dusty so i got rashes all over face .There is a type of smell in the bedsheets looks like not cleaned properly.

Food and restaurant was clean and hygienic
