Easy to find

Did not have breakfast,the self service kitchen was dirty. Toilet paper ran out. There was only the last of a roll left and no spare

I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. I booked this accommodation based on the reviews on Booking.com, which unfortunately did not reflect our experience at all. When we arrived, we discovered that our room was essentially a shed located at the back of the property. There appeared to be little to no insulation, there were large gaps around the door where you could see directly into the room from outside, and the entire room had a strong unpleasant smell. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was filthy, and the outside areas were also in a poor state, with rubbish piled up and old mattresses visible at the front of the property. The whole place felt neglected and poorly maintained. After seeing the condition of the accommodation, we immediately told the manager that we did not wish to stay and requested a refund so that we could find alternative accommodation. The manager refused and became aggressive and intimidating during the conversation. Despite repeatedly explaining that we did not want to stay, he would not accept our decision and raised his voice at us. We were told to email regarding a refund, but despite doing so, our emails have since been ignored. After leaving, we checked reviews on other platforms and were shocked to find multiple reports from previous guests describing bed bug bites, suspected scabies infections, and serious cleanliness concerns. Had we seen these reviews beforehand, we would never have booked this property. The property felt unsafe, unhygienic and completely misrepresented compared with the reviews we originally relied upon. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nothing We didn’t stay more than 10 minutes, because smell is do much, very upset, We booked another straight away then gone there.

In the bath and on the bed hairs around as well, very poor hygiene. Couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met

Easy parking, really kind staff, doors accessible from the outside like a mini apartment, shared kitchen so you can grab what you want when you wake up (was pleased to see full fat milk!) and and bedding really comfortable, nice electric shower.

Wasn't the most amount of loo paper but I arrived to late to ask for more. The place was hygienic but pockets of dust when it could do with a deep clean. Some of the flooring a bit worn in the bathroom and could do with replacing.
