Solid location, close to the Metro station. Comfortable double bed

The accommodation has no balcony and terrace, on description says that there is, and the pictures show the balcony of another apartment. The method of payment is stressful. Even if you pay and send proof that you have paid the requested advance, that is not enough. The instructions for unlocking are not clear enough. The lady owner is unpleasant in several situations where she tries to tell you that you have wrong, even you are in right. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment until we found a piece of pizza that someone had left in the oven earlier. Although I took a picture and showed it to lady owner, she didn't believe me and thought I was making it up. We got the feeling that she is always following us when we ran into her quite randomly 7-8 times in 2 days in front of the apartment, in the hallway, at the entrance to the building, in the elevator... Personally, the worst booking experience so far.

The host was very kind, the accommodation was clean, the internet is very good. Overall impression 10/10

The apartment is near tram and bus stations. If you prefer to walk, it is about 15-20 minutes from District VII (Old Jewish District). The apartment is very spacious, the furniture is new, and the kitchen is well equipped. There are several supermarkets around (Lidl is 7 minutes from the apartment by foot).

The pillows were really soft, and the heating could be a bit better.

Very clean and wide apartment, host was very nice, flexible and helpful, the stay worth its price!
