Disappointing Experience with Sea !!! I recently stayed at Hotel Playa Suite and was disappointed to find that my sea view apartment didn't live up to the description. Despite paying for a full sea view, I was given a room with only a partial view. When I brought this to the management's attention, I was told to move out. The attitude and lack of customer service were totally unacceptable !!!

"Great stay immaculately clean and spacious and staff couldn't do enough for us"

We loved how the staff were super attentive, we traveled with our small dog who was made to feel welcome, highly recommend a stay here , we are returning in June
