"Very Good"

Nice quiet location

We didn't think it was that suitable for three adults as the only bathroom was in the bedroom.

"Excellent"

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to Keswick and the lakes but also far enough away from the summer bustle - it was quiet and peaceful. The size of the property was great for us staying one night but if we were staying for longer than a few days it might have felt too small with 2 adults and 2 kids.

It took about 30 mins to gain entry to the property because we were not sent instructions ahead of the check in time but after sending an email we got all the info needed. Also, we were looking forward to watching a DVD but realised at the last minute that it wasn't working. Otherwise, all good.

"Great little place, perfect for our stopover in the north Lakes."

Great little place, beautifully done out with quality furnishings and fabrics. Perfect stopover for us when down to support a friend taking part in an event. Breakfast boxes supplied by Sonia were great and she allowed us a later checkout to enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the sun at the front of the house. Thank you!😁

"Great little gem"

Great location, lovely house, well equipped. Owners very thoughtful and trustful about the needs of their guests. Would love to have spent more time there, but we had to get back to work. Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

"Great stay"

Property was clean and tidy, and despite its tiny size had everything we needed for a great stay. The sofa bed was really comfortable and the hosts were impeccable, we had the breakfast boxes and cooked it ourselves. It was great value for money and we filled us up for the day.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We would definitely stay again :)
