A lot of their staff need serious training. They play too much amongst themselves while ignoring guests. The promise to adjust the rates on booking.com and same thing repeated where the ignored and refused to accept the rate until I insisted.

Location is great, staff are friendly and the food was very tasty.

The room I was given wasn’t what I reserved, I was given a very small room. Breakfast was served for only one even though we were two in the room, WiFi didn’t work throughout my stay, VIP bar was filled with mosquitoes, people were smoking on the floor I stayed even though there’s a no smoking sign everywhere in the hotel. Loud music coming from a particular room, which made it hard to sleep. I kept seeing small cockroaches allover the room, there was no fridge in the room(which I found very weird) and only 2 TV stations were showing which made it hard to enjoy my stay. The hotel looks great from the outside but they can actually do a lot better with their services as their current standard is below par.
