Piraeus new hotel

Great location for a couple of nights pre cruise. Very clean and spacious.

Bit of a miscommunication at check out, but resolved satisfactorily. Could benefit with an additional key box.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική αν θέλεις να ταξιδέψεις απ το λιμάνι ή αν έρχεσαι από αυτό!

Στα αρνητικά είναι το πάρκινγκ που ενώ γράφει ότι υπάρχει επι της ουσίας εννοεί τον δρόμο άρα κανείς αμέτρητους κύκλους μέχρι να βρεις! Επίσης πολλά προσωπικά αντικείμενα μέσα (παντόφλες, ακουστικά, κλπ), το σφουγγάρι της κουζίνας χρησιμοποιημένο σε κακή κατάσταση, υγρό πιάτων σχεδόν άδειο, τα κλινοσκεπάσματα δε μύριζαν καθαριστήριο και στο ένα κρεβάτι η μαξιλαροθήκη είχε πάνω τρίχες οπότε μου πέρασε απ το μυαλό ότι ήταν χρησιμοποιημένα! Το στρώμα εξαιρετικά σκληρό λες και κοιμόσουν σε τσιμέντο! Σαν σπίτι είναι πολύ μεγάλο και με πολλές δυνατότητες! Αν βάλουν επαγγελματίες στη καθαριότητα θα είναι εξαιρετική επιλογή!

I like a size of the apartment and possibility to stay with pets.

the apartment was not clean properly, it looks like someone is living there and vacant the place once booking is made. there were old flipflops on the shelf and many unnecessary items in closets. there was no kettle. The worse was the bathroom and while showering the water wouldn't drain; the shower had no protective glass. All chairs made of fabric were dirty with plenty of spots, not to mention windows... Parking - available on the street, no dedicated spot, so in practice - there is no parking; while I made my booking there was even a photo of a parking in the internal garage which in Piraeus is a big advantage, it was changed after I made the booking. Also - the photo of the balcony is not accurate.
