Piraeus new hotel

I think this apartment is very convenient for the cruisers who want to extend their stay in Greece after the cruise. See what we did. We came back from the cruise to Piraeus in the morning, rented a car in Herz (20 min walk from the port and just 3 min walk from the apartment) and had a road trip to many other places in Greece. Then a few days later we came back to Piraeus where we rented this apartment for 2 nights, found a parking spot nearby, brought the luggage to the apartment and returned the car to Herz (always cheaper to return the car to the same place where you took it). Had some free time in the evening to explore Piraeus which is nice city itself, there are a couple of beaches nearby. The next day we went to explore Athens: it's just 10-12 min walk from the apartment to the metro station with direct line to the city center with walking distance to Acropolis. Came back in the evening, and the next morning used metro again for the airport - it's direct line, 1h ride. We never had to pay for the taxi or airport transfer (which is very expensive if you buy it from the ship) and we never had to store our luggage somewhere before the check-in time. So it's pretty convenient and budget way to see some places in Greece after the cruise and before your flight home. The apartment itself was very good: lots of space, nice modern decor, enough spaces for the family of 3-4 people, nice balcony, great shower. Full kitchen with the big fridge. Everything was clean and in good condition. The host sent us pictures explaining how to retrieve the keys, she was very prompted with her responses. I would stay there again.

Finding a parking spot in the evening could be tricky. Would be good if there are more dishes to cook. You also need to bring your own soap and shampoo, it's not provided as well as tea and coffee.

Access to the flat was very easy, and very convenient as close to the port in case you plan to travel greece further.

I would like to challenge the owners to sleep on the bed it was like sleeping on a hard board you may as well have slept on the floor which was probably softer after a big day out asleep is vital I understand wanting a bed to last but that was ridiculous if you're after a good night sleep do not stay here

The apartment was spacious, very well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was just a short walk to the port, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back here again!

There was no hot water and no instructions for turning on the hot water.
