Location is less than average. Is a good 20/25 mins from the NLU airport. At night the streets are dark and empty. Taxi drivers don’t know how to get here and the Google map link given on the site does not take you here. In the end, after driving around the taxi driver had to ring the verticca hotel to get directions. There is no sign out the front, just cage like doors ( car parking) but at night in the dark, looks really scary..I would only get out if taxi once Raul came out and we knew we would be safe. May be quite different if arriving by day, but at night, I was scared. The appartment was nice though!

NLIt is very close to the airport and the building is secure with cameras and a watchman monitoring. We had trouble with washing machine and informed the watchman, it was addressed in less than 1 hour. Watchman speaks English and very cooperative. The location and checkin is not properly mentioned in the booking confirmation. So we took a taxi from airport to the apartment building address mentioned in get directions and there is a watchman for this building who gives you the keys. It is simple but had to struggle as it was not mentioned in instructions.
The kitchen is big but not enough utensils or facilities to use. The beds are small in size and good for 1 person and conjusted for 2.

-One of the windows could not lock, which is a major security red flag considering the flat was on the ground floor and anybody could have come in the flat while we were sleeping.
COThe beds were wonderful, the kitchen was clean and had everything one can need.
The apartment was cold, the hosts were unresponsive when I asked for the WiFi
