Best hotel talking about price and quality. Wow. It surprises us. The hospitality of assistants was perfect. Highly recommend it

I feel sorry to leave a negative review but this hotel was not well managed: the reception is not attended, the cleanliness is nowhere it should be, even more so for a 3 stars hotel (i found a cockroach in my room and towels / bed linen were stained) and you can't pay other than cash. There are a lot of these hotels on the island, it feels like a lessee gets the keys and it is up to them to provide the services, I have stayed in two other hotels that were perfectly managed.

New Hotel. Everything was Perfect.

The brand new hotel with new furniture and working desk in room. Close to the beach. Very good ac, clean and new. And super lovely bed linen 100 % cotton and white

There was not hot water in room (it was cold) and only one tea and coffee for twin room... wifi was very bad signal and mobile signal was very weak, no refrigirator

Very luxurious, with very good facilities. Nice staff and frugal but good breakfast. The hotel itself is a really good place. Beds are incredible.

The location ! The hotel is located in a new construction program. It’s a ghost city. The staff land us two bicycles, but they were quite uncomfortable to bike the 20minutes to get in a little bit more crowded place. Don’t go there if you want to visit the isle. No restaurant around except very expensive one.

Breakfast was amazing, the hosts really take good care of you, even though communication was pretty much exclusively through Google Translate. There were also motorbike rentals available for a reasonable price, so made use of that. The room was clean, AC worked well, Smart TV was also nice. It was fairly conveniently located in between An Thoi and Duong Dong

The location, it is a little bit out of the way, so if you stay in this area in general, keep in mind you'll have to take a taxi or drive a bike into town, which takes 15-20 minutes at least. The rating of the hotel when I booked was 5 star, so I would have expected a little bit more luxury compared to what it was, but it has been adjusted on Booking now. Would have been happier if it was a little cheaper

New under construction building, brand new amenities, and swimming pool. Lady staff was nice and polite.

First of all, it's not a 5 Star hotel, it's just a hotel apartment. Felt very unsecured as the hotel manager was taking our room keys every time we left the hotel for sightseeing. This place is very unsafe and has health and safety concerns/issues, as they are exposed in the ceiling, corridors, and next to the doors. This is very dangerous for kids and adults. There are no restaurants at the site, only an open kitchen, which provides one breakfast item without options. We requested butter and cheese, as we had 8 children, but not available at the hotel. We had to go out for breakfast. Simple items like ice for drinks are not available in this so-called 5 Star Hotel. the mini fridge was empty . Description of hotel in Booking.com is wrong, we were cheated with the wrong Description of hotel advertisement. We struggled 3 days during our stay in this hotel.

The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They organised our transport including bike hire and arranged for us to try local Vietnamese food. Highly recommend
