Staff were professional and courteous, prompt in providing response. The hotel was immaculate, however the bedsheet and cushion had few stains which the housekeeping replaced once informed. No major issue there. Food was delicious, breakfast buffet had lot of options. Location wise, major attraction s like the palace, cathedral are all within 10-15kins drive away.

This is a very new property. All the facilities are brand new and are of high quality. Very tastefully done. Breakfast was very good

1. All the staff including the security and front office are not at all professional 2. Looks like the Management has hired freshers to cut cost as almost all of them lack professional approach towards customer service. 3. All of the staff members need extensive training. They may be good people and working very hard, but without professional training they will end up committing blunders that will damage the brand 4. The SKYDECK seriously needs some good level of sound proofing as the loud music is unbearable on the 3rd floor (one floor below the Skydeck pub} 5. Since we were two of us in a room we asked for 2 key cards to access the room at different times, but the receptionist was unable to provide them as they just had only one key card per room. And the validity of this key card had to be extended everyday. This is definitely a poor reflection of Digital India!! 6. The very first few interactions with the staff when we came in was not at all pleasing, but over the many days that we stayed their interactions were better. First impression is what matters and that is where it failed.

They missed giving hand towels, milk schet and dental kit had to ask for them

The whole hotel was brand new and spotless, very clean. Room design was modern and in a very well chosen European style, beds were comfortable and AC was strong and quiet. The food at dinner / room service was only OK, but breakfast was SUPER. Each choice was tasty and well made. The staff were kind and patient with my family from Canada who don't know about india. The Head Chef, Mr. Sharma, spoke good English and had lots of international experience. He came out to chat during breakfast and we could compliment him on the food. Ask for a room on the second floor. There is a sky bar on the fourth floor and there was a little noise but it would probably be quiet on floor 2. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Nothing to complain about. The room strongbox wasn't working and staff did not know how to fix it. That's the only small thing. The place was great.

Clean rooms, good location. Close to touristy places. A bit away from city but it’s convenient for people who want to travel to coorg beating the city traffic. Food was really good. It also has roof top club

Like others mentioned..the corridors are noisy. We stayed on Saturday night so loud music from the club went on till 11pm.

Excellent modern hotel in Mysore. Immaculately and clean, all fixtures and fittings are brand new and to a very high standard. Friendly welcome from staff, would recommend.
