Location was great. Walk to any part of Lucca Storica in less than 20 minutes.

Het 2 kamer-appartement ligt binnen de vestingmuren en op loopafstand van het centrum van Lucca. De slaapkamer is aan de achterkant van het appartement (rustig slapen) en heeft een fijn balkon.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht.

Dennis (the owner) was very helpful during check in and with good inputs for our stay in Lucca. Calmly placed apartment but still close to city center. Close to the city wall where we had nice morning runs. Apartment , located on first floor, is well equipped and has a nice sunny terrace towards quiet backyard.

All was good

We enjoyed our extended stay at Casa Fiorenza. The host, Dennis, was friendly and we enjoyed our conversations comparing observations between Italy and the U.S. He provided recommendations, kept in touch and responded quickly to our questions. There were extra linens etc. to make our stay comfortable. It is a good size apartment with a nice kitchen area, and in a great location - only a few minutes from restaurants, cafes and bars, and only a couple of minutes walk to the wall. There is a nice terrace off the main bedroom with a washing machine which was convenient. It also has a nice large bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

The host has always been very responsive since we booked the apartment. Once there, we had all the information needed, including good restaurants. There is air conditioning which helped during the August period. All kitchen utensils are almost new. They also provided an espresso machine. We loved it.
