EEThe staff was very friendly and helpful, and they fulfilled all our wishes. The villa was overall beautiful and cozy.
The villa was worn out and not very clean upon arrival. The pictures on Booking.com did not fully match reality – the hammocks and the rear lounging area were dirty, and the hammocks were overgrown with plants. Upon closer inspection, it was noticeable that the villa had not been properly cleaned, for example, there were cobwebs on the lamp, etc. One room's air conditioner did not work for five days. Initially, they promised to fix it, and it was briefly repaired, but it didn’t last long. Eventually, during the last two days, the owner stopped responding altogether, and the air conditioner was not repaired. It is impossible to sleep without air conditioning in 30-degree heat. There were not enough utensils for dining, even though there were seven of us, and the villa is supposed to accommodate up to 10 people. The pool was cleaned only when we specifically asked for it, and even then, it was done two days later, despite the promise that it would be cleaned the next morning.
