We really love the property. It was spacious extremely clean and communication with Simona was seamless. Everything you needed was well provided in the apartment washing machine dryer etc. Did find the bed a little hard but that’s down to individual preference really?

The only offputting element of this property would’ve been the noise we found that to be really disruptive at night … I usually sleep without any problem but found to be continually awakened by people “noise” in the alley but that is outside of the owners control

Det er en virkelig dejlig lejlighed med en perfekt beliggenhed. Soveværelset og badeværelset er begge store og meget behagelige. Temperaturen var virkelig skøn i starten af juni.

Det er lidt specielt at man ikke kan se forbipasserende folk. Man går direkte fra gaden ind i stue/køkken med materede ruder og der er ingen balcon/altan.

"Superb"

The Loft is an excellent apartment for a couple. Its very clean and spacious. Easy access off the street and close to cafes. Short walk to restaurants. Excellent communication with the host. It has a washing machine and dryer and air-conditioning.

"A great place to base yourself in Umbria."

Located close to Mini Metro stop, in a street with bars and restaurants but very well soundproofed. Very well appointed and spacious. You can walk to all the best things Perugia has to offer.

The bed was on the firm side. This seems typical in Italy, though.

"Perfect location, perfect property…loved it."

Great spacious property in a fantastic location walking distance to lovely restaurants and local tourist attractions. Quirky inside, comfortable, clean with lots of space, step out of your door and your there…perfect, close to everything. We were only there 2 days as moving onto Todi for a wedding, great transport link a short walk away, bus terminal took us directly to Todi.

We found it a little tricky to locate, Taxi driver from airport dropped us in the wrong location, obviously we didn’t speak Italian and had difficulties locating property. Made contact with agent who came to our rescue. Really wasn’t anything to do with the property more the taxi driver.
