Liebevoll gepflegte großzügige Anlage. Bungalows mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Super freundliches Personal! Sehr gute Restaurants und Bars vor der Haustüre.

Schrank roch etwas muffig - aber genug Möglichkeiten Kleidung anders aufzubewahren! Haben das kleine 2. Zimmer als Ankleideraum genutzt.

Territory was very nice with all the plants, rooms were OK, but could be definitely better for the price. Staff very friendly.

The hotel was maybe cool 15 years ago, but everything got old and I couldn't say well taken care of. Pool was a disappointment. About the location - yes, beach is 5 minutes by walk from the hotel, but VERY dirty, full of plastic. And not really much to do around aside of drinking and eating. If you want nice beach you need to walk 30 min one way (in front of lux resorts) or go in another island part like Chaweng beach. That will cost you 300-400 baht one way.
