Environnement magnifique, l’hôtel est neuf et construit avec des matériaux de grande qualité. À deux pas du téléphérique, Trento est facile d’accès. Voisin du restaurant Trento-Alta, nous y avons mangé deux fois, la nourriture est excellente et le personnel très sympathique. L’hospitalité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire, nous avons été reçu comme des amis. Déjeuner copieux et les gâteaux fait maison sont délicieux. Merci beaucoup

Struttura nuovissima con belle camere arredate in stile nordico, posizionata a Trento Alta. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione dolce varia e con prodotti ottimi. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Bella vista sulle montagne circostanti.

Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist toll und die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer angenehm.

Das tolle Panorama kann man vom Frühstücksraum, obwohl er auf die Talseite ausgerichtet ist, gar nicht geniessen, die Wand dort ist etwa 2 Meter hoch, darüber sind Oberlichter. Von vielen Zimmern sieht man auch nicht auf Trient. Die raumhohen Fenster im Zimmer kann man mit einem Kunststoffrollo prima abdunkeln, der Nachteil ist allerdings, dass dann keine kühle Nachtluft in den Raum kommt ! Und im Sommer wäre das dringend nötig, es kann dort sehr heiss werden. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht integriert, das mobile Kühlgerät hilft nur bedingt. Die öffentliche Seilbahn neben dem Hotel ist ziemlich alt und eng und wir fanden die Fahrt nicht so entspannend. Nervig war, dass wir gezwungen wurden, die Trentino-App runterzuladen und an der Station ( ohne W-Lan !) unser Ticket zu aktivieren, was zu Diskussionen führte, bis schliesslich ein Mitarbeiter einen hotspot für uns einrichtete. Nein, ich habe kein Auslandsabo fürs Mobiltelefon. Eine einfache Fahrkarte/ Bestätigung auf Papier wäre wirklich einfacher für zwei Fahrten bei einer Übernachtung.

The location is perfect, the view from the hotel is amazing. The road up is windy but the cable car access to the city is super convenient. The decor is very stylish and new.

While I have no problem with the temperature, my friends did find the room a bit too warm at night for sleeping, and the aircon was not enabled in the room. The breakfast has a wide selection of sweet cakes but a bit lack of salty options. Boiled eggs and specks were the only option offered for savoury for 3 days
