鍵が開かず困りましたが、連絡がすぐ取れて丁寧に対応してくださいました。助かりました。

部屋の全体的にホコリとゴミがあり、入室後まず掃除をしました。すでに口コミにも同様の内容の記載があるが、改善されていることを期待して利用したが、改善されていなかったです。とても残念です。

浴室乾燥やハンガーが備えつけられていた。パーキングが近くにあった。

布団が足りなかった。掃除されているはずなのに髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた。トイレのスリッパはぼろぼろでした。部屋が暗すぎた。

スムーズにチェックイン、チェックアウトができた。

掃除がされていないのか埃、髪の毛が全部屋 階段、浴室にありチェックインして 掃除からはじめなければならなかった。 置いてある布団には血の染みが結構な範囲に 付いているものもあり清掃面でとても不潔に思えた。

It’s not a central location. No convenience store around.

sparkling clean, large room size and plenty of facilities

the main door is mainly made of semitransparent glass, and there is only one lock for the whole premise. perceived privacy and security were not as good as expected. on the 1st night of stay, there was a stranger hovering outside the door who made me quite nervous. suggest to add a bolt above the lock to improve the security (a bit), and to replace the door with 100% wood. the premise is next to the main road and the noise from the illegal motorcycle race in the evening (esp. for weekend) made me annoyed.

Cleanliness and style if the property.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, and less restaurants and shops nearby.
