BAGNO. Angusto ripostiglio,che non può definirsi bagno,talmente stretto che una persona magra fatica a passare. Una persona alta o grassa non riesce ad usare nè il lavabo,tantomento il bidet od il Wc.In questo angusto spazio ti tengono compagnia una minuscola lavatrice,un boiler, una scopa elettrica ecc. ecc.. Se una persona si sentisse male in bagno, penso ad una donna incinta,un anziano o solamente una persona che scivola sul pavimento può seriamente farsi del male. E comunque è impossibile accompagnare una persona in bagno adulto o bimbo. Inoltre la finestra della cucina soggiorno da su un cortile interno,che altro non è che un ammasso di escrementi di piccioni. Lo stesso dicasi per una delle due finestre della camera da letto. L'ascensore altro non è che ,un vecchissimo ascensore,tra l'altro non funzionante al momento del nostro soggiorno,che si trova al fondo di un lungo corridoio androne del palazzo e comunque non da sul pianerottolo dell'alloggio. Qualità prezzo,dovuto essenzialmente per i problemi su esposti, assolutamente insufficiente. A certi prezzi e con una valutazione letta su alcune recensioni mi aspettavo molto di più.

The host Aldo and his family are the nicest and most helpful people. They communicate with you so well. Making sure they meet you at your arrival to answering any questions during your stay. They even went out of their way to do everything they could to have some new credit cards sent to Aldo’s office. And you can’t get a better location for the price. The lift/elevator was helpful with luggage or with people who can’t navigate stairs. The bed was very comfortable. Fully stocked small kitchen. Washing machine worked very well. You won’t go wrong staying with this lovely family.

Great location just a few seconds from the Piazza Maggiore. The apartment is perfect for 3 people. Ina the host was always responsive and flexible.

It was exceptional. The apartment is literally around the corner from the Piazza Maggiore. Immaculately kept with many details to make one feel at home. I highly recommend this sweet place. The owner/manager was quite receptive to texts and very helpful. I had a great experience.

Host was kind enough to meet us early to hand off keys which was much appreciated since we had an infant, location was excellent! Close to a large pharmacy and a convenience store nearby for baby supplies

A bit challenging to get to the unit if you have a stroller (a few steps multiple times), but otherwise it was great.

The location can’t be beat! Excellent location The Host Family, Ina, Roberta, and Aldo are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They are very helpful and accommodating! Thank you Ina, Roberta, and Aldo you made our stay an enjoyable one.
