"Nice and comfortable house near Modena"

Comfortable beds, enough space for everyone (we were a family of 6).The kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet.

The BBQ didn't meet our expectations. Actually it wasn't a BBQ,it was a grill.

"A Springtime Stay in Modena"

Our host was exceptional. The kitchen great for cooking with spices, oil, sugar and coffee available. The beds are comfy. Lovely patio with birds singing and flowering trees.

The setup was just a little challenging for one of our family members who has difficulty climbing stairs. The bathrooms are all upstairs. Other then that we loved our stay!

"Excellent accommodations located next to authentic food production facilities for great tours"

At first we weren't so sure about staying "in the countryside" outside a major city, but when we arrived we realized that we were VERY conveniently located to some of the best factories for parmigiano reggiano and balsamic vinegar. And there was a huge supermarket just two minutes away driving that took care of all our food needs! The house itself is large and comfortable, and the hosts have thought of every detail! Our favorite, of course, was the game room hidden in the basement, which was totally fun for the whole family! But the open kitchen/dining/living area was also a huge plus for our group.
