The male manager is very rude! can’t explain to customers nicely and softly and instead answers back in a very rude manner. facing the same situation for the fourth time already! he needs to be kicked out!!!!

The property is clean centrally located very close to Hong Kong market and railway station. 20 minutes away from airport. The staff are exceptional very helpful . Food at restaurant is delicious and room service is prompt.
