Hotel Grand Lotus

My room was clean and comfortable with good airconditioning. The bed and pillows were nice and soft and the room furnishings and decor were very pleasant. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional and the food was good.

The multiple daily power outages. Contrary to the listing, the rooms were not serviced daily, but I had to make a specific request for housekeeping to attend.

I like everything about this hotel. I was warmly welcomed by the lung opt manager and his team staff very friendly towards guest the way they talk and help us whenever we need help. This is my best of the best.

I don't have any bad things to write about this hotel.

It’s new, clean bright and airy. The rooms were cosy and clean. The room service & restaurant was warm friendly and efficient.

The front desk was cold, appeared mean and congested. The room was a bit stuffy and lacked ventilation. there was no cupboard or wardrobe to hang clothes. The bathroom floor could have been given a slope towards the drain. alternately a floor swab could be provided.
