"Hotel básico, no tener grandes expectativas"

Estaba bien ubicado, el personal muy amable.

Todo muy básico, nuestra habitación era muy apretada, no tenía ventana al exterior, era una ventana que daba a la recepción del hotel por lo tanto no se podía abrir cortina ni ventana porque pues todo el que pasara por la recepción lo veía a uno, se oía todo el ruido de la recepción, etc.

Buen precio, habitación cómoda, buffet con comida rica y el personal muy amable y servicial

No me parece correcto que el supervisor o persona a cargo esté regañando y gritando a los empleados enfrente de los huéspedes en la recepción.
