Buena Ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buena disponibilidad de algunos de los trabajadores de atención y limpieza

El hotel no tuvo activo el desayuno durante nuestra estadía, pese a que lo ofrecía dentro de sus servicios en el momento de la reserva con un pago extra. Tuvimos picadruras fuertes, no logramos identificar si se trataba de sancudos o pulgas. Varias personas de atención en recepción estaban en formación, en ese proceso es recomendable tener a dos personas en el servicio, para que ese proceso de aprendizaje no impacte negativamente en la atención a los pasajeros. No es culpa de los aprendices, si no de la administración

Me gusta la ubicación, cerca de Expo Guadalajara, la zona de Chapultepec y Chapalita, la cama es cómoda, la habitación es amplia y está limpia, el personal de la recepción es amable...

El desayuno está limitado y se entiende por el precio, sólo 1 persona atiende, la tv tenía señal deficiente por lo que era prácticamente imposible ver un programa o una película, tampoco usar el internet, pedí apoyo y enviaron al técnico, al parecer es tema de su proveedor de servicio de internet y cable.
