Namara Green Ella

Highly recommend. Well located, a few minutes outside of Ella, the hotel is stylish with contemporary looking rooms. Generously proportioned is an understatement. The owner and his team are extremely welcoming and professional, with good recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast on the roof terrace garden overlooking the hill country is an absolute treat.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds and stunning view. Very green with nice breakfast in the morning.

If you like to walk to Ella it was a little too far for us, but we took a tuktuk for 500 roepies which is totally fine and more peaceful!

Die Unterkunft ist noch relativ neu, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten sind unfassbar bequem. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und der Blick vom Balkon mit den großen Fenstern sehr schön. Die Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn die Unterkunft etwas abseits der Mainroad liegt (ca 5 min Fahrt), wird für wenige Euro direkt an den Fahrer in kürzester Zeit von der Unterkunft ein Tuk Tuk organisiert.

Leider ist es etwas hellhörig, aber das sind fast alle Unterkünfte in Sri Lanka. Nachts schlafen i.d.R. ja auch alle :)

No commun area, no swimming pool, expensive for what it is at the end, no breakfast

The room was modern, clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful.

Still a construction site, especially at the top restaurant where we serve breakfast. Hallways are noisy. Very expensive for Sri lanka, expensive even for europe.
