Nuestra experiencia en este riad fue maravillosa. Ibrahim es una persona increíble, siempre pendiente de todo, con una amabilidad difícil de encontrar hoy en día. Nos ayudó en absolutamente todo: organizó traslados, un guía, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y siempre con una sonrisa y paciencia infinita. El riad en sí es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto, muy limpio y con un ambiente tranquilo donde te sentís realmente a gusto. El desayuno cada mañana fue abundante y delicioso, y la piscina fue perfecta para refrescarnos después de recorrer Fez. Además, a pesar de ser verano, dentro del riad nunca pasamos calor. Sin dudas le doy 5 estrellas y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite Fez. ¡Ojalá todos los alojamientos tuvieran la hospitalidad y calidez que encontramos aquí!

Los dueños son encantadores, serviciales y muy amables. Desayuno espectacular. Nos han tratado como a su familia. Situación inmejorable.

Los anfitriones son maravillosos, hacen de todo para ayudarte y hacerte sentir como en casa. Viajé con dos niños pequeños y nos prepararon pizza deliciosa para ellos, me ayudaron consiguiendo taxi, cambiando dinero, buscando información de trenes, etc. Maravillosos anfitriones y desayuno delicioso. Linda vista de la terraza.

Lo único (entendiendo que es Marruecos) el agua del aire acondicionado cae en una botella de plástico dentro del baño la cual toca ir vaciando cada tanto y a veces se derrama un poco pero no es grave, es cuestión de saber qué país se visita y adaptarse.

Ibrahim and Rashid were very friendly and helpful with recommendations during our stay. We ended up staying one extra night more since we liked it so much and Fes had more to offer than we expected. The room was clean with very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of old medina and you have everything in walking distance. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the old city rooftops. I will definitely come back here the next time I will be in Fes again.

If I had to choose one thing, it would be missing electrical outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. But that wasn't a big issue, since the cable was long enough to be used from the other room.

This is our first time in Fes and it was an easy decision to stay to Riad Diamant Bleu. The location is central but above all, the staff are exceptional! A special mention to Ibrihim who is charming and charismatic he will ensure to provide guests with five star service and go out of his way to help! Ibrihim, will prepare the a copious breakfast to get you on your way! He also knows the best recommendations in the Medina. I highly recommend this Riad for anyone who would like to have a memorable stay in Morocco.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were abundant and delicious. They let us use the washer and hang some clothes on the line which was very kind of them. The In room AC was also appreciated. Staff even walked us up to an area and helped us catch a cab to the bus station when we were leaving town.

We strive to reuse our towels, and the only drawback was finding a way to hang them as towel racks don't work with their plaster walls, So, maybe some over the door/window hooks would help?
