Struttura semplice ma fantastica. Top e all'avanguardia il condizionamento a pavimento. Parcheggio a 1 mt dalla stanza. Pulizia top. Zona tranquilla 15' a piedi fuori dal centro storico. Volendo c'è la fermata del bus urbano a 200 mt.

Struttura perfetta, dotata di tutti i confort e a due passi dal centro, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo Matera è stupenda e consiglio questa struttura per soggiornare anche più giorni.

Struttura nuova , pulita e funzionale ad un soggiorno a Matera. Appena fuori dal centro storico raggiungibile in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Si trova posto per l'auto di fronte all'ingresso.

La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto. ES una planta baja con lo que es muy cómodo para poder trasladar las maletas ya que el coche nos permitieron dejarlo en un trocito de terraza que tiene justamente delante. El aparcamiento es gratuito. La persona que nos recibió, nos entregó las llaves nada más llegar. La habitación bien, muy tranquilo, con bastantes comodidades y con un buen baño. No esta lejos del centro de Matera. Muy recomendable
