Casa molto bella, ben tenuta , molto ben attrezzata. Il terrazzo è la ciliegina sulla torta.

Unico difetto è l’assenza di un ascensore.

"Not worth the price"

The view from the terrace is unbeatable.

Well, unfortunately many things were not as they were described. There is no hot tub, no kettle (we were advised to boil water for tea in a pot), no coffee machine, the pots and frying pans are just in horrible state - all burnt, or crooked, impossible to use for cooking. The washing machine emits very unpleasant smell. Also the apartment is not suitable for elder people - it is the fourth floor without a lift, which we certainly “enjoyed” getting our 20 kg suitcases and small kids up. Overall, although the location is very good and the apartment is nicely decorated, everything is super cheap and uncared for, which does not go well with the price you are asked to pay.
