We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the view and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Apartment has all the basics, terrace with private garden, barbecue and secure parking in a quiet beautiful private area and located 50 meters from private beautiful Stony beach, there are natural pools which you can swim in. It is easy to get there by car also if you are into walking you can have a pleasant Walk about 3 km from center of Augusta to the Apartment. Close to the place (1km) there are supermarket, bakery, beauty salon, farmecy, coffee shop, restaurant.... With car or by walk you can find amazing view points around this place for example (Sbarcatore dei turchi), (Grotta della Balata) and Faro Santa Croce (light house) are nearby. The town of Agusta and the island of Agusta are nice places to visit for dining or have a special Sicilian Panini in the evening . Historical city of Syracuse is 30 minutes away from Augusta which you get there by car or from center of Augusta by train and busy city of Catania 40 minutes away by car or train. The Host and his family are the most friendly and kind people that we have met in a very long time, besides having total privacy we were also feeling that we are staying with very good brother or friend of ours and that was very heart warming, they provided us with information about places to visit, eat, shop.....and all we needed to know which is very important if you are visiting Sicily for the first time.We are excited for our next visit and staying in this place again so if the description of this place meets your needs and it is available for your dates of traveling don't miss the chance.
