CAGBI couldn't enter the property, pin number didn't work and no answer on the phone, so I had to book with another company. I have asked for a refund from you but so far nothing has appeared

Sound insulation in the place was terrible. Could hear everyone entering and leaving the building, the lady upstairs coughing incessantly sounded like she was in our room , we couldn’t get the tv to play channels..
