Bed sheets not clean, tv did not work,only 1 towel for 2 people, no towel rail,toilet holder ,only 3 coat hangers,, not as big as advertised, we were put on top floor even though my wife has mobility problems had to climb 5 sets of stairs, no safety handle in shower no bath mat when leaving shower

There was an odor, but there was no air conditioning, and there were no screens to the outside deck. Choose bugs inside to get fresh air, or have stale air, an odor? The garden is in a sad state. The bed is against the wall so its a difficult entry for someone if there is more than one person. The bathroom has scuffed walls.

Really small room. Bed tight against the wall and table at bottom of bed, impossible to get out easily. Too hot. Badly fitting doors. Motion sensor in hall was constantly triggered, hence bedroom lit up frequently. No kitchen at all. Kettle which had to be filled up in the bathroom Only seating for one person. Noise from other guests transmits throughout.

AUThe location being very close to popular pub / bar street,
Difficulty contacting management, room door not fitted well, light from hallway very intrusive. doors to courtyard had no effective locks, one could not be locked at all (Security?) Shower leaked, no working exhaust fan, double bed hard against one wall. Courtyard very overgrown, cigarette butts and some rubbish Description technically correct, but stretched reality.

ESGBGreat location but quite noisy.
The room was okay. It could really do with a spruce up. There were a lot of dirty marks on the walls, especially beside the bed. The room had a slight smell of rotten cheese, and the garden area was really overgrown, so it was not really usable. We were on the ground floor, so everyone entering and leaving the building passed our door, so it was extremely noisy, and it felt like our neighbours were in the room with us. We stayed here the night before going on a cruise as it is only a ten minute walk to the terminal but cancelled our stay for our return journey as we did not want to stay here again.
