Walking distance to the Ao Nang Night Market. The staff is friendly and helpful. Looks like the buildings are aging and maybe time for a minor refurbishment. The rest was a good experience.

Shower water volume not consistent, suddenly fast and suddenly slow, suddenly cold and suddenly hot 🥵. TV is not functioning and not user friendly. Aircond compressor on the balcony got water leaking. Maybe required sound proof, every neighbors closing door is very annoying.
