USExcellent location. Wonderful Empire style old building (gated elevator, spiral staircases) - brings you back in time!
Like many other places in Belgrade (and overall Serbia), it suffers from the old sewage system (lots of foul smell in bathroom). The newer construction buildings usually are better in that respect.
TRAmazing location and the staff is really friendly. Best performance for this price level.
Lift is too old a bit scary :D

The toilets were smelly and not very clean. the furniture was also dirty. If they can improve these, the place would be perfect.
