Nice, clean and cozy apartment near shops, beach and restaurants. Nonetheless, quiet in the night! Located within nice neighbourhood with marina. Spacious balcony included. Host lady is very kind and nice, we had a language barrier, however, we could understand and agree on everything important. Free large capacity parking is located just behind the corner.

Our stay was too short :D JK, everything was perfect, don't worry and go for it.

It’s a wonderful little gem in a great area of Lignano, the shopping street, restaurants, cafes are only a 5 minute walk away.

Perfect location just at walking distance from downtown Lignano.

The pantry was completely empty and I would have prefer to find some water, coffe, tea, oil, etc. It is quite common to find it and I missed it.

Very wonderful Appartment, very clean, good location, the host was very nice, big apartment and very modern and we‘ve had a nice view to the seaport

Sadly no WiFi, the toiletpaper was half emoty as we arrived
