"Filthy and not comfortable to stay in at all."

Property was well lit at night.

Room was filthy. Walls were dirty and looked like red paint (I hope) was splattered all over the walls. Blinds were broken. Seemed like there was a hole punched in the bathroom door. Bathroom cabinet had what seemed to be major water damage. Bathroom vent fan was basically hanging out of the ceiling. Blankets had holes in them.
