Ideal location, good value for money given such a central location, very comfortable beds, staff were very kind & helpful

We booked the large room with a hot tub as a treat after 5 days hiking in the mountains. Unfortunately the water stopper in the hot tub did not work so we could not use the hot tub. Also no shampoo was provided, just bars of hand soap.

Noisy at night in the rooms. Not from street sounds per se, more from elevator, other people in the hallways.
