La ubicación es muy buena. A una manzana de la zona céntrica peatonal y al lado de mercado, supermercados, panaderías, cambio de moneda. Es una zona tranquila pero con muchos servicios. Las madreselvas del patio olían muy bien.

Es un bajo, semi sotano, y no lo pone en ningún sitio. Tiene poca luz. El motor del frigorífico hacia muchísimo ruido y molestaba por la noche y el primer día me congeló toda la comida porque estaba puesto en un nivel muy alto.

😔 I booked this property, but the reality on site has nothing to do with the photos and description on Booking. The apartment is located in a basement/lower-ground level, and after two evenings of normal November rain (not heavy or torrential rain), the sewage system in front of the door backed up: dirty water entered the room both through the shower drain and under the front door. The sewage smell became unbearable, toxic, and constant. It is very clear that sewage flooding is a recurring issue, not an isolated incident. There are visible signs everywhere: swollen door frames, swollen bed base and headboard, damp walls, the metal entrance door is corroded and swollen from rust, strong damp smell constantly masked with incense sticks. There was also a dehumidifier installed in the room, showing 67% humidity, which confirms that the place is not suitable for living.

When it comes to communication, the property does not respond with real people. You receive only AI-generated messages, nobody answers the phone, and when you finally manage to reach someone, they try to redirect you to a different booking platform outside Booking.com. The property is also managed by a company that does not issue fiscal invoices, which raises further concerns. I had to leave the property immediately because it was unsafe and uninhabitable (sewage smell, water entering the room, mold, electrical risk). Around December 1st the city was fully booked, so I had to find last-minute accommodation at much higher prices. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this property. It is unsafe, non-compliant, and completely different from what is presented online. I later saw another negative review from a guest who reported the exact same issue. At first, I thought maybe the person was being overly picky — unfortunately, they were absolutely right. In their reply to that review (from September), the property claimed that “it had just been flooded and they didn’t have time to repair it.” This is clearly false. The old water marks, visible mold, swollen furniture, rusted entrance door, and the presence of a dehumidifier show they are fully aware that this is an ongoing, unresolved problem. ‼️ The place is styled only to look good in photos.

Umezeala, podea rece, demisol, incalzire doar cu aer conditiinat si cu miros urat, umiditate mare in camera, frigider zgomotos, mizerie, apa care iese din baie, usi deteriorate de umezeala care nu se deschid. Tencuiala de pe casa cade constant

Apartament situat la demisol plin de mucegai, care este vizibil sub tapet, asa cum se vede in poze. Un miros specific de mucegai si umezeala, usile umflate din cauza umezelii. Curatenia lasa de dorit, cum se vede in poze, in baie inca pete de calcar si par scurt pe jos si pe cabina de dus, probabil inca de la oaspetii de dinainte. Nu poti contacta pe nimeni, nicio reactie din partea firmei care gestioneaza apartamentul. O camera cu mucegai este o sursa de infectie.
