Great location next to Hongik University station, but still very quiet at night. The loft set-up makes the room feel more spacious. Bedding and towels were spotless, and the room was very clean. Everything we needed for simple cooking was available in the room. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Bathroom is a wet bathroom (no separate shower), which I am used to from many years of living in Asia, but might come as a surprise

I enjoyed heated floor, property is in a good location and clean with many places to eat and very close to a metro.

I am not so keen on a combined shower with a toilet, i am also tall, so it’s more of a personal thing tho, nothing to worry about.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was fantastic and is less than 2 minutes from the station. The owner provided detailed information on how to access the hotel from the airport and the local station and even sent a video showing exactly which exit to take. The Hongdae area is very popular with young people but there were no issues with noise. I had several questions before our trip and the owner responded quickly and answered all my questions. The room was on the 5th floor and even though there wasn't an elevator, the stairs were very easy to climb even with luggage. The room itself is spacious enough for 4 people. The bed in the loft had a softer mattress than the bed in the bed in the main area. If you like a firmer mattress, choose the downstairs bed. The bathroom is an all in one unit. It was perfectly functional, but remember to take the toilet paper out of the bathroom before you have a shower as the whole bathroom will get wet. There are coin lockers just outside the hotel so if you get there early like we did, you can store your luggage until you check in. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others.

8 over 10, less 2 points, 1 for having to climb 5 storeys with luggage, the other was the toilet had a musky smell. Otherwise everything was good. The upper floor had a very low ceiling so can't stand up straight, but not a big issue

Very good and convenient location. Easy to access everywhere. Cozy place.
