clean and spacious rooms, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, it can get a bit noisy when the main gate is opened or closed, and also when people sit and talk in the yard. The location is quite far from the downtown and city center, so transport might be needed. Overall, a good stay with some small issues.

Staying at Q-Plus was pleasant, and felt like home away from home. The place is near all necessary amenities. It's very clean and well maintained with a beautiful garden. It is quiet and peaceful. Staff are very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my family was comfortable. Special mention to Samantha for coming to my rescue in the middle of the night when I had a splitting headache and needed a pain killer. Parking is sufficient and secure.

Provision of some basic supplies such as tea bags/sugar/salt isn't a must, but would be nice. Instructions on how to set the water heater would go a a long way, as not every country uses the same gadgets. We got used to partially cold showers :).
