"Worst"

When I entered room I come to know it is home stay which was not informed me earlier, thru have worst door person in another was making noise and it was clearly audable in my room my kids and me not able sleep properly, worst bathroom, morning their was no electriciru for gizer we took bath in colde water. No food they were buying food from outside worst un hygenic batheroom worst conditions blanket

I tried to cancel room but feb customer care person was taking my call and cancelling it or kept me waiting for more than 1 hr
