City Center Apartment with Balcony

Perfect location. Spacious flat. Nice kitchen .

Only one small pillow. Not standard! Not enough towels. No response for the inquiry. Small duvet. Much smaller than the bed. No complimentary coffee capsules, even water. No proper speaker in the facilities. No cups for ice cubes. Next door there is a construction ongoing and this info should have been given during reservation. We wake up on Saturday and Monday early morning with drilling and hammering sounds. Very loud!

Great location! It was really easy for us to go to anywhere we want to go, and it was really close to the Lidl what was great for us that we could buy food and water. Rooms are really big and nice for the whole family live. Really good communication with property agent who was always reply our questions quickly!

The biggest problem is temperature. The heaters in the room are offed mostly! When we asked why heaters would be offed, agent replied they are controlled automatically which means they are offed the temperature is above 21℃, and turned on below 21℃. But we found heaters did not be on, even the temperature is below 21 ℃! So we always felt really cold in the room. I can say this apartment is the coldest one when we travelled so many cities in the Europe! After complaining several times, and last two days when we can’t be stand of cold, agent told us that landlord finally raise the heater temperature as 23℃. But our friends live in Budapest told us that indoor temperature should be kept above 24℃ everywhere in the winter. This is the only one thing that we could be satisfied.

Very nice apartment in the perfect location.

Property was very large and in a very convenient position. Nice and warm and very clean. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Video of how to enter property was very helpful.

We arrived at about 11pm and it’s a shame that there wasn’t at least one coffee capsule so that we could have a drink. No shops close/open. Coffee shop downstairs opens at 8am (we left capsules for the next guests!)

The location was awesome!! And to have a balcony that overlooked part of the St Stephen’s Christmas Market was unexpected. I loved the apartment! It is very large and beautiful. Super high ceilings and plenty of space. Easy check in instructions. All in all, large comfortable place.

The large king sized bed was very uncomfortable. It dipped really bad in the middle and our backs hurt every morning. No bedding left for the pull out couch. It was pulled out for our son, but no sheets or bedding? Need to replace some of the cookware. Construction every day starts early in the morning and is loud. I would definitely recommend this place though and stay again - if the large bed was replaced. :)

Excellent location, room sizes are good, everything you would need from a kitchen and the balcony was lovely

No curtains in the living space so not too private when lights on in the evening

It was clean and in a great location. I loved the coffee shop downstairs and many restaurants around within walking distance. It has everything you need and centrally located.

They had construction starting at 7AM. Even though the apartment was great, I would have chosen a different property if it was *disclosed that construction was happening during our stay. 7AM noise on the walls isn’t quite ideal for those traveling long distance and trying to rest

The location is close to a lot of amenities

1. No air conditioning and the property can get really hot during summer. Electric fan helped a bit, but would be much better to have an air condition even in the dining area. 2. The pillows are smelly and should be replaced, including the mattress cover.
