I was given a room I didn't book for which didn't even match the price I paid for. When contacting the owner, she was so rude, even slammed the phone on my ear and they didn't refund my money as I had to cancel my stay.

The window in our room was broken. They promised to repair it on the first night and it never happened until we left. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. The facility must just maintain the place as it is a beautiful place
